Carpal tunnel can be one of the most frustrating consequences of working with your hands. When the gap that protects the tendon in the wrist becomes inflamed, this is called carpal tunnel syndrome. Causes of carpal tunnel can vary from twisting, turning, or continuously doing the same motions with your hands and wrists.
This syndrome can include severe nuances that greatly affect the way you perform you work. The symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome consist of:
- Inability to grip without soreness
- Inability to move the hand as well
- Dry skin
- Lack of feeling
- Burning in the joint or palm of your hand
